All new clients are required to complete medical history and treatment consent forms. If you haven't completed intake forms, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to do so. A late arrival may result in a shortened service.
Classic Complexion Aesthetics requires 24 hours'
notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation notice via email and/or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If rescheduling or cancellation occurs within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, Classic Complexion Aesthetics reserves the right to charge a service fee to your credit card. *If no credit card is on file or the service fee is declined, future appointments will only be accepted once the account balance is paid in full.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee.
Less than 24-hour's notice = $50 service fee
No notice given (no show) = $65 service fee
*By confirming your reservation online, over the phone, or through text message, you agree to the terms of this policy.
If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a last-minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fee schedule will apply.
Classic Complexion Aesthetics accepts cash as well as all major credit cards. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
Your outstanding experience is my top priority. If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or services, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your concerns.
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused, intact original packaging only.
All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Services are non-refundable. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact me immediately so we can reach a solution.
No refunds on Gift Certificates and/or Gift Cards. Gift Certificates and/or Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Classic Complexion Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates and/or Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced.
Minor Treatment Policy
Minors (under the age of 18) who wish to be treated must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment OR all intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian prior to the scheduled appointment.
Children are not allowed in the treatment room during your visit.
I respect the privacy of my clients and will not release any client information to third parties. I never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process purchases or maintain client files only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for communication between Classic Complexion Aesthetics and its clients.
If you no longer wish to receive mail, emails, or texts or want to change your expressed interests, contact me immediately and your file will be updated.
