KrX PD-13 Therapy

PD-13 Therapy is a specialized, non-invasive Korean skincare treatment designed to treat rosacea and acne by combining a photosensitizing serum with red LED light. It works by reducing inflammation, decreasing excess sebum, and calming irritated skin.

During each visit, we will,

  • Analyze skin and discuss your progress

  • Cleanse, then exfoliate with enzymes

  • Apply PD13 Therapy treatment

  • 30-min Red LED Light therapy

  • Apply soothing, repair mask

  • Apply post-treatment products

1 / How soon will I see results?

 

While improvements can be seen in one session, a series of treatments is typically recommended for the best results.

2 / How does PD-13 help with rosacea?

 

Reduces inflammation

Red light penetrates the skin to soothe irritation and calm the inflammatory response that drives rosacea symptoms. 

Minimizes redness & vessels

It targets the tiny blood vessels (telangiectasias) that cause redness and flushing, helping to make them less visible.

3 / How does PD-13 help with Acne?

 

 PD-13 Therapy elevates traditional LED treatments by optimizing light absorption to eliminate excess sebum, acne-causing bacteria, and reduce skin inflammation. This is also a very effective treatment for Actinic Keratosis.

 

4 / Who is not a good candidate?

 

If you have an autoimmune disease, diabetes, experience photosensitivity, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have sensitivities to Methyl Aminolevulinate, peanut or almond oil, you are not a candidate for this program.



**If using Retin A®, Differin, Renova, or any other prescription medications for exfoliating/anti-aging, or medication for Rosacea, you will need to discontinue use 14 days before coming in. If using Accutane, you need to stop taking it 3 months before you start treatments.
