Cancellation Policy

New Clients & Intake Forms
All new clients must complete medical history and treatment consent forms. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete or update your intake forms. Late arrivals may shorten your service.
Booking & Confirmations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy, you’ll receive an email and/or text reminder 24 hours before your visit. (Reminders are a courtesy—clients are responsible for keeping their appointment.)

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a service fee charged to the card on file.
If no card is on file or the charge is declined, future appointments will be accepted only after the account balance is paid in full.
Service Fees

24+ hours’ notice: No fee

Less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 service fee

No-show (no notice): 50% of scheduled service/treatment cost and a credit card is required to book/hold future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 10 minutes late, we may not be able to extend your service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, the full service price still applies.
Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time is considered a last-minute cancellation/reschedule, and the above fee schedule will apply.
Agreement
By confirming your reservation online, by phone, or via text, you acknowledge and agree to these policies for Classic Complexion Aesthetics.

Emergencies & Compassionate Exceptions
We understand that true emergencies happen. If an unforeseen situation arises (e.g., illness, family emergency, accident), please contact us as soon as you’re able. On a case-by-case basis, Classic Complexion Aesthetics may waive or reduce fees at our discretion. Please note that repeated last-minute changes or no-shows are not eligible for exceptions.
